OUR PROCESS

initial meeting

We begin with an introductory video call to get to know each other. I love to hear your stories, learn more about who you are and what your vision is. This is also where I learn why you want help, and what you value most in having a planner on your team. It’s also a chance for you to get to know me and my business - events are very personal and we both want to be sure we’re a good fit for each other!

booking

Once we’ve talked through some of your ideas and your planning needs, we’ll send you a unique proposal (or two) for planning services. When we’ve agreed on the right planning package for you, and we’ve secured your date with an agreement and deposit, you’ll receive details on communication, your planning workspace (if applicable) and next steps in the process.

PLANNING + CONSULTATIONS

We will do an initial planning consultation to kick things off and get the planning started. From there our communication and meetings are based on your unique package. Sometimes we meet monthly, sometimes more or less often, but our plan will be laid out in your proposal.

The day of your special event is here! Behind the scenes, we are your problem-solvers and advocates—often fixing challenges before you even know they exist. Every detail is handled with professionalism, creativity, and care.
